Hi, I've watched Children of Men for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was such a blast, it has climbed into my top 3 and might even be my favourite movie ever. 91. I like sci-fi/dystopian stuff but I get tired of how sparse and atmospheric or hyper-dramatic most of the genre is (like Arrival and Annihilation, even though I loved both of them). This movie is an absolute masterpiece and I cant believe I ever felt this way. hot. I think the beauty of District 9 and the fake documentary format is that it allows the movie to not be subtle.
