The property definitely shows it's age, but they have modernized parts of it and it had everything that we needed. The venue also offers free WiFi, as well as bureau de change, a gift store and a cloakroom. The breakfast was okay. A laundry and business center is available to guests. The Hampton Inn Cocoa Beach offers a daily breakfast buffet. Ron Jon Surf Shop, for surfers and those who want to look like them, is a few blocks north. It is old school motel-style- doors on the outside, but the rooms were fine and everyone slept well.
